Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Most Mirodemi lighting fixtures are made to order. Production time usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on the product, size, finish, and customization requirements.

Before shipment, we always provide photos and/or videos of the finished item so the customer can review the product before it is dispatched.

Estimated delivery time within the United States is usually 5-10 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product size, carrier availability, and logistics conditions.

All orders are shipped with signature confirmation upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and ensuring that someone is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery.

Large, fragile, or custom lighting fixtures may require special handling and may be shipped in multiple packages.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional delivery charges. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package, shipping label, packaging, and product. We will assist you with a replacement part, repair solution, or carrier claim when applicable.
