Our Inspection
Our Inspection Process
At Mirodemi, every product goes through multiple checks before it is approved for shipping. We work closely with our manufacturing partners and apply a strict, multi-stage quality control process, because what we send out should be something we would be proud to have in our own home.
1. Raw Material Inspection
Before production begins, incoming materials and components are checked for consistency, finish, and durability. Only materials that meet our specifications move forward to production.
2. In-Process Quality Control
During manufacturing, our team performs random checks at key stages of production to catch any inconsistencies early, including dimensions, fittings, welds, plating, and surface finish.
3. Final Inspection & Client Approval
Once a fixture is fully assembled, it goes through a detailed final inspection: we turn it on and check the lighting, test all fittings and moving parts, and examine the finish for scratches, dents, or defects. This matters most on staircase chandeliers and double-height fixtures, where a single misaligned crystal is visible from two floors. If we find anything that does not meet our standard, the product does not move forward. It goes back for repair or replacement, and is inspected again from the start.
Only once a product has fully passed inspection do we photograph and film it. We then send you these photos and videos for your approval, so you see exactly what you are getting before it ships. Your order is packaged and shipped only after you have confirmed you are happy with it.
4. Packaging & Pre-Shipment Check
Before leaving our warehouse, every client-approved item is inspected once more to confirm it is packaged securely, all accessories and hardware are included, and labeling is correct.

Passed vs. Caught Before Shipping
We do not hide the fact that defects sometimes happen during manufacturing. That is exactly why this inspection exists. Here are real examples from our floor: what a passed piece looks like, and a defect we caught and sent back before it ever reached a customer.
Passed Inspection
Caught Before Shipping
Surface scratches found, panel sent back for replacement
Passed Inspection
Caught Before Shipping
Coating defect found, piece sent back for refinishing
Passed Inspection
Caught Before Shipping
Frame scratch found, part reworked before approval
This layered process, including the extra step of sending you photo and video confirmation before shipping, is part of our commitment to only ship products we would stand behind ourselves.
