Restaurant, Hickory NC

This upscale restaurant in Hickory, North Carolina, built its dining room around two showcase lighting moments: a long linear fixture over the main communal table, and a sculptural round chandelier over an intimate table near the wine display. Both use hand-cut natural marble panels set in a warm brass frame, tying the two spaces together without repeating the same silhouette.

Running the length of the main dining table is a linear fixture built from dozens of vertical marble panels suspended in a slim brass frame, its warm glow reflecting off the polished stone tabletop below. The fixture is in the spirit of our Cloudstone Oval Marble Chandelier, whose modular panel construction can be sized to match a table of any length. Guests seated the length of the table see the fixture's rhythm of light and stone repeat overhead, tying the room's marble and brass palette together.

Near the wine display, a two-tier round chandelier hangs low over a private round table, its stacked rings of marble panels catching the light from every angle. It echoes our Cloudstone Marble Round Chandelier, whose two-ring configuration gives the fixture the same layered depth seen here. The chandelier gives this corner of the restaurant its own identity, distinct from the long table's linear fixture but built from the same materials.
