Refund policy

1.You may return the goods within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging). 

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set) for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 30 calendar days of delivery with a Free Return label provided by MIRODEMI.

2. EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:

Products that have been installed or assembled

Products that are not in the original condition and packaging, including outside box and all packing material

Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications

Shades, light bulbs or accessories purchased individually

Large quantities of the same product (single fixtures over $5,000, orders totaling over $5,000 on multiple quantities of the same fixture)

Before ordering large quantities or special order or custom products we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need, including swatches, finish samples etc.

3. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit contact Customer Service immediately by Email or Phone. We will attempt to repair the defect or damage. If that is not possible, we will arrange an exchange. We will ask for photos to determine the best course of action. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. MIRODEMI reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
