Warranty Policy

WARRANTY

MIRODEMI lighting fixtures and furniture are manufactured under the high standards of quality and workmanship. We warrant that our products are delivered in new condition and in its original packaging and will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the delivery date.

If you experience problems with any product you purchased within the warranty period, please contact MIRODEMI Customer Service at info@mirodemi.com. We will replace the defective parts/fixture with a comparable product or refund the pro-rata purchase price of the fixture. Any other costs connected with replacement of defective items, including labor, installation, removal or reinstallation of any products are borne by the customers.

MIRODEMI warranty does not apply to items that have been incorrectly installed, stored, or misused, including improper maintenance, incorrect lamping, or fluctuations of the supply voltage. etc. The customers need to follow the installation instructions, properly use or clean the items so that they are subject to the warranty.
