Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the world. There is no minimum order value and no destination surcharge.
Orders delivered within the United States arrive with no import duties, taxes or customs fees. Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country; these are not charged by Mirodemi and are the customer's responsibility.
In-stock items are dispatched from our United States warehouse within 2 business days and, when delivered within the United States, arrive 3-7 business days after dispatch - about 5-9 business days in total. Every other order, anywhere in the world, takes approximately 15-20 calendar days from order to delivery. For made-to-order fixtures we send you photos and video of the finished piece for approval before it ships.
Returns
Fixtures can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, including made-to-order and custom pieces, as long as they are unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. If you change your mind, we deduct from your refund the actual cost of the original delivery and of return shipping; both amounts are confirmed in writing before the return is authorised. Faulty or damaged items are returned at our expense and refunded in full.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been installed or assembled, shades and light bulbs purchased individually, or single fixtures and orders over $5,000. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a repair, a replacement part or a carrier claim. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
